Louise Altizer Lineberry's Obituary
Louise Altizer Lineberry age 88 of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014 at the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Lineberry was born in Dublin, Virginia on March 1, 1926 to Albert and Lula Moorehead Altizer. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Gleaves Thomas Lineberry.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Nancy and Dennis McCarthy of Ijamsville, Maryland; sons and daughters-in-law Robert and Joy Lineberry of Frederick, Maryland; Art and Denise Lineberry of Monrovia, Maryland; grandchildren Lindsey McCarthy, Renee Lineberry and Joyce Lineberry; step-children Shirley Meeks and Nick Lineberry; three step-grandchildren; special friends Jeanette and Sammy Branscome, Phyllis Gardner and Marie Vaughan.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 25 2014 at 12:00 Noon in the River Hill Christian Church with Leo Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the Hebron Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 AM until time for the funeral service at the River Hill Christian Church.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Hebron Cemetery, c/o Randy Holderfield, 216 Mallard Drive, Galax, VA 24333
