Louise Black Byrd's Obituary
Louise Black Byrd age 86 of Fries, Virginia passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 in the Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center.
Mrs. Byrd was born in Grayson County, Virginia on January 20, 1932 to Dallas Lee and Lillie Mae Vaughan Black. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband J.T. Byrd.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Ricky and Lisa Byrd of Independence, Virginia; grandson and fiancé' William Byrd and Leslie Grose; great-grandson Mason Kyle Byrd; brother Leon Black of Fries, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM in the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church at Fries, Virginia with Pastor Rodney Christman officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
