Lori Ann Larkins age 34 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at her home.

Lori was born on November 27, 1980 in Sullivan County, Tennessee to Carl Wayne and Shirley Fayne Larkins. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother Andrew Shane Hall; grandparents Carl and Inez Larkins; Harless and Ann Fayne; nephew Dylan Wayne Ferguson.

She is survived by her children Katlyn Parsons and Alex Leagans; mother and step-father Shirley and Gary Hall of Galax, Virginia; fiance' Dan Dutkiewicz of Galax, Virginia; step-mother Elaine Larkins of Kingsport, Tennessee; sisters Andrea Hamm of West Jefferson, North Carolina; Janet Ferguson of Kingsport, Tennessee; brother Daniel Hall of Galax, Virginia; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Ted Bartlett officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the family to assist with the funeral expenses.
