Loretta Faye Nelson's Obituary
Loretta Faye Nelson age 90 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, November 26, 2017 in the Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center.
Mrs. Nelson was born in Carroll County, Virginia on July 6, 1927 to Dolphus and Dicie Delp Littrell. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Thomas Nelson.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Treva and Bobby Sparks of Galax, Virginia; sons Craig Nelson of Ocala, Florida; Tony Nelson of Galax, Virginia; grandson and wife Adam and Courtnie Sparks; great-granddaughter Ila Mae Sparks, sisters Maxine Criner and Lavada Criner both of Fries, Virginia.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the Monta Vista Cemetery with Pastor Ron Hill and Pastor Ray Dawson officiating.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
