Loretta Jane Davis known as Jane Davis age 69 of Galax, Virginia, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2025 in the Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center.

Jane was born on July 9, 1956 in Carroll County, Virginia to Harold Greek and Naomi Grace Burnette Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Harold Douglas Davis.

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Linda and Nelson Galyean; sister-in-law Becky Davis all of Galax, Virginia;  three nephews and one niece Ross Davis, Brandy Widner (Craig) Doug Galyean (Michelle); Donnie Galyean (Angie); eight great nieces and nephews; two great -great-nephews and one great niece..

A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Monta Vista Cemetery with Glenn Hyatt and Pastor Matthew Adams officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Baywood Rescue Squad, 47 Cross Roads Drive, Galax, Virginia 24333.
