Lola Nell Spurlin age 81 of Ennice, North Carolina passed away Monday night, September 10, 2007 at her home. Mrs. Spurlin was born on March 16, 1926 in Grayson County, Va. to James Marion & Rosa Kirby Blevins. She is survived by her husband James Marion of Ennice,N.C.; sons & daughters-in-law Larry & Sharon Spurlin of Cana, Va.; Jack & Leisha Spurlin of Fries, Va.; Robert ( Bob) & Betty Spurlin of Galax, Va.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 11:00 AM in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Elder Pete Hawks officiating. Burial will follow in Crab Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
