Lois Gail Williams known as Gail Williams age 78 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, April 4, 2025  in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Gail was born in Fries, Virginia on December 15, 1946 to Buford and Edna Irene Warf Waller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Patricia Hill and brothers Bobby Waller and Johnny Lambert.

She is survived by her husband Johnny Williams; daughter and son-in-law Christi and Jamie Ayers; sister Pamela Sue Melton; two granddaughters Allison Gail Ayers and Sarah Christi Ayers all of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM in the Felts Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Matthew Adams officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the Trinity Baptist Church.
