Linda Mae Wingler's Obituary
Linda Mae Wingler, age 64, of Galax, Virginia, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 at the Twin County Regional Hospital, Galax.
Mrs. Wingler was born Oct. 15, 1946 in Wythe County, VA to Paul & Sarah Elizabeth Davidson Tibbs. She was the widow of Edsel Wingler.
She is survived by one daughter, Cathy Hardison, Richmond, VA; sons, Eddie Wingler, Boone, NC and Teddy Wingler, White Top, VA; grandchildren, Travis and Heather Wingler, Crystal and Ericka Hardison; brothers, John David Tibbs, Fries, VA, Billy Kyle Tibbs, Galax, VA; special friends, Franklin Stroupe and Kriston Adams and several nieces and nephews also survive.
The funeral service will be held Monday, Feb. 14, 2011 in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with burial in the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service Monday at the funeral home. Officiating minister will be the Rev. Garry Adams.
