Linda Ann Jennings

Linda Ann Jennings age 72 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, June 21, 2026 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Linda was born on March 22, 1954 in Galax, Virginia to Idus and Ruby Billings Cochran. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Paul Cochran and great-granddaughter Baby Cabeluah Alley.

She is survived by her children Stevie Aley; Ricky Sawyers (Amy Huff); all of Galax, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Teresa and Dink Andrews of Pulaski, Virginia; brother J.D. Cochran of Fries, Virginia; five grandchildren Brandon Alley (Tiffany Semones); Alicia Alley; Daniel Alley; Alyssa Sawyers and Austin Sawyers; great-grandchildren Ariat Alley; Ruger Semones; Baby Cabeluah Alley; Landon Bobbitt; Peyton Gibson and Wrenley Faith Sawyers.

At the request of Linda, her body will be cremated and the family will have a graveside service in Mt. Vale Cemetery at a later date.
