Linda Imogene Halsey, age 61, Galax, VA, died Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the Woltz Hospice Home, Dobson, NC.
She was born, Jan. 8, 1951 in Galax, VA to Zeno A. and Lula Mae Goad Halsey who preceded her in death.
She is survived by several close family members and friends.
The funeral service will be held Monday, May 28, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home Chapel, Galax, VA. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until time for the funeral service at the funeral home, Monday. Officiating minister will be Pastor Sam Bartlett. Burial will follow in the Piney Creek United Methodist Cemetery, Piney Creek, North Carolina. Memorial contributions may be made to the Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson,NC 27017.
