Linda Harmon Bobbitt age 87 of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Thursday October 7, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Bobbitt was born in Carroll County, Virginia on May 15, 1934 to Gleaves and Bertie Farmer Harmon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles "Jack" Bobbitt; sons Eddie Bobbitt and Smokey Bobbitt; two brothers Gooch Harmon and Jim Harmon.

She is survived by her daughters and son in-law Jacqueline Bartlett of Galax, Virginia; Cathy and David Lineberry of Hillsville, Virginia; Cindy and Lynn Myers of East Bend, North Carolina; daughter-in-law Karen Sturgill Bobbitt; granddaughter Kellie Mae Bobbitt; sisters Mary G. (Geraldine) Uden of Pensacola, Florida; Anita and Harry King of Gulf Shores, Alabama; sisters-in-law Uda Harmon of Woodlawn, Virginia; Barbara Harmon of Galax, Virginia; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Monday at 2:00 PM in the Woodlawn Cemetery with Pastor Rick Clark and Elder Tim McGrady officiating. The family will receive friends Monday at the Woodlawn United Methodist Church from 1:00 PM until time for the graveside service. The family respectfully request in lieu of flowers donations be made to either the Woodlawn Cemetery, C/O Carolyn Farmer  or to the Williams Cemetery, C/O Donald Harmon.
