Lillian Marie Haskin, age 82, of Galax passed away Thursday, February 3, 2011 at her home. She was born June 28, 1928 in Miami, Florida to Amadee Renuart and Blanch Roy Renuart. In addition to her parents, a son Richard "Ricky" Haskin (1957-1963) preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband Richard Howard Haskin of the home; seven children: Mary Maureen Stuart of Monrovia, Maryland; Henry (Harry) Howard Haskin and wife Betty of Hampton, Virginia; Elizabeth Germaine Haskin of Galax, Virginia; Edward Michael (Ned) Haskin of Landover, Maryland; Carol G. Duncan & Greg of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; Edith (Eadie) Anne Stevenson and Hugh of Woodbridge Virginia; and Kathleen Vivianne Marie Davis & Michael of Galax, VA. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

A memorial service will be held Monday, February 7, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the St Joseph's Catholic Church, Woodlawn, Virginia with Father Charles Brickner officiating.
