Lillian Ann Price better known as Ann Price age 61 of Low Gap, North Carolina passed away Monday, June 20, 2016 in the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, North Carolina.

Ann was born in Galax, Virginia on June 26, 1954 to Ubirt and Edna Olean Vaughn Cox. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three sisters Shirley Baumgardner, Mary Cox and Effie Marie Stoots; two brothers Lee Cox and Walter Forest Cox.

She is survived by her husband Richard Price of Low Gap, North Carolina; daughter and son-in-law Laura Ann and Tracy Sawyers of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; granddaughter Ashley Sawyers; great-grandchild Aiden Sawyers; sisters and brothers-in-law Connie Jeanette and Preston Newman; Nancy and Roger Lineberry; Eva Sue Sizemore all of Galax, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Nelson Ray and Jean Cox of Woodlawn, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 22,2016 at 3:00 PM in the Pleasant View Holiness Church with the Rev. Sam Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in the Pickett Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Pleasant View Holiness Church.
