Letha Ruth Honeycutt DeZern age 94 of Galax, Virginia passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 in the Waddell Nursing & Rehab Center.
Mrs. DeZern was born on February 17, 1921 in Carroll County, Virginia to Harvey Harrison and Mary Lula Farmer Honeycutt. In addition to her
parents she was preceded in death by her husband Golden DeZern.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Cathy DeZern and Jamie Melton of Wytheville, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Friday, July 17, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Galax Presbyterian Church with burial to follow in the Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the church.
