Leta Faye Mabe age 87 of Woodlawn, Virginia passed away Friday, December 18, 2009 in Golden Living Center.
Mrs. Mabe was born on November 7, 1922 in Carroll County, Va. to Garland & Birta Blessing Alley.
She is survived by her husband Paul Mabe of Woodlawn, Va.; daughter and son-in-law Brenda Mabe Sutphin and the late Ronnie Lee Sutphin of Christiansburg, Va.; son and daughter-in-law Rodger and Betty Jo Mabe of Roanoke, Va.; grandson Michael Lee Harmon of Hillsville, Va.; sisters Paige Jennings of Roanoke, Va. and Edna Loftus of Pulaski, Va.; nieces Lynn Loftus and Cathy Grossner.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at 11:00 am in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Harvey Carico officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
