Lena Faye Willis age 88 of Monroe, Georgia passed away Friday October 21, 2022 in the Park Place Nursing and Rehab Center in Monroe, Georgia.

Mrs. Willis was born on March 17, 1934 in Carroll County, Virginia to Fred and Bernice Higgins Parish. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Willis.

She is survived by a sister Alma Hoel of Indianapolis, Indiana; brother and sister-in-law Robert and Nancy Parish of Dobson, North Carolina; nieces and nephews Randy and Amanda Parish of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania; Thomas Parish of Rural Hall, North Carolina; Jennifer and Daryl Soughan of Indianapolis, Indiana; Karen and John Shelley of Indianapolis, Indiana; several great nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Friday at 1:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Richard Gregory officiating. Burial will follow in the Sparta Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:30 until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
