Lena Bedsaul Poe's Obituary
Lena Bedsaul Poe, age 85, of Pulaski, VA died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008 at the Pulaski Rehabilitation Center in Pulaski.
She was born Nov. 22, 1922 in Carroll County, VA to Bruce and Thelma Elizabeth Harrison Bedsaul.
Surviving are three daughters & sons in law: Nancy & Wayne Frost, Galax, Joyce & Jimmy Kenney, Roanoke, Susan & Danny Burroughs, Dublin, VA: sister, Aldena Cornett, Galax: brother, L. C. Bedsaul, Wytheville, VA: three half sisters and four half brothers. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2008 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel, Galax, with burial to follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM Monday, Oct. 20, 2008.
