Larry R. White's Obituary
Larry R. White, age 68, of Galax, VA, died at his home, Saturday, June 18, 2016.
Mr. White was born Feb. 22. 1948 to Ralph and Pearl Elizabeth Linville White. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael White.
He is survived by his wife, Judy White, of the home; sister, Wanda White, Galax, VA; brother, Barry White, Galax, VA; several precious nieces & nephews, also, survive.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM, Thursday June 23, 2016 at the Galax City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Thursday, at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. Officiating ministers will be the Rev. Richard Gregory and the Rev. Camet Spivey.
Military rites will be held by the Grayson VFW Post #7726.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kids Junction Galax FUMC, c/o First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 445 Galax, VA 24333.
