Larry Wayne Funk, age 66, Fries, VA. passed away Friday, September 9, 2016 at the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Larry was born Aug. 11, 1950 in Grayson County to Dwight Cannady and Edna Ann Hamm Funk, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by daughter & son-in-law, Jaclyn Newman and Keaton, Galax, VA; son, Joshua Dwight Funk, Fries, VA; brother & sister-in-law, Earnest Funk & Joyce, Fries, VA; granddaughters, Jordyn & Harmony Newman; special women in his life, Diann Bennett and Zee Elaine Funk; very special niece, Melissa "Lish" Crigger; special friends, Barry Waller and Craig "Cookie" Wiggins & Zack Leonard; four step-grandchildren and three nephews.
