Lana Regina Sizemore age 66 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, January 9, 2015 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Lana was born on September 6, 1948 in Virginia to J.D. and Bernice Dickson Smythers.
She is survived by her husband Dallas L. Sizemore; son and special friend Robert (Keith) Smythers and Karen Shaffer all of Galax, Virginia; step-daughters and spouse Reanna and Jeff Berry; Sherita Sizemore all of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren and spouse Elizabeth Regina Smythers and Dylan and Shayla Smythers; step-grandchildren Jessica Berry and Joseph Berry; brother Jason Blevins of Jefferson, North Carolina.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Myron Dalton officiating. Burial will follow in the Pickett Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
