Laddie Lee Edwards' Obituary
Laddie Lee Edwards, age 89, Galax, VA, died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010 in the Twin County Regional Hospital, Galax, VA.
Mrs. Edwards was born Sept. 13, 1921 in Grayson County, VA to Louie and Cora Jones.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Bill Edwards of the home, one son, Danny Edwards, brother & sister-in-law, John Wayne & Hedy Jo Jones, Pheonix, VA, sister-in-law & spouse, Eva & Dan Joines, several nieces & nephews, first cousin & spouse, Helen and George R. Crouse, second cousins, Martha Bowers and Edward Bowers, close family friends, Carol & John Edwards.
The funeral will be held at Longview United Methodist Church Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010 at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in the Edwards Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service Wednesday. Officiating ministers will be the Rev. Randy Morris and the Rev. Don White.
