Kerin Frances Whitlock Adams age 83 of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019 in the Commonwealth Senior Living in Hillsville, Virginia.

Mrs. Adams was born on September 6, 1935 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to Dwight Edward and Geraldine Griffith Whitlock. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James Garland Adams, Sr..

Mrs. Adams is survived by sons and daughter-in-law Dr. James Garland Adams, Jr., DVM and Lisa of Galax, Virginia; Allen Timothy Adams of Tempe, Arizona; two grandchildren and spouses Kathryn Kelsey and John Allen Gardner; Charles Samuel and Aubrey Mignone Adams; brother and sister-in-law Rev. Dwight Whitlock and Dottie.

A graveside memorial service will be held at the family cemetery in Russell County, Virginia.
