Kenny Madison Carico age 77 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at his home. Mr. Carico was born in Grayson County, Va. on May 6,1931 to Elbert & Dorothy Patton Carico. He is survived by his wife Frances Carr Carico; daughter & son-in-law Sandra C. & Darrell Moxley; son & daughter-in-law Keith & Ramonia Carico all of Galax, Va.; sisters & brothers-in-law Lucille & George Hester; Betty Hendricks all of Fries, Va.; Thelma & Bain Summer of Independence, Va.; Sadie Higgins of Galax, Va.; brothers Dan Carico, Junior Carico and Steele Carico all of Fries, Va.; three grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Friday, June 13, 2008 at 11:00 am in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Brian Frazier officiating. Burial will follow in Crab Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
