Kenneth Elroy McBroom

February 8, 1961 – April 24, 2020

Kenneth McBroom, age 59, of Bassett, Virginia passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 after a lengthy illness.  He proudly served his country in the US Navy and also worked for several years at the Veterans Hospital in Salem, Virginia.

Kenneth is survived by his mother Betty Miller of Capitol Heights, Maryland; two sisters, Deborah McBroom (Michael Crum) of Brandywine, Maryland and Angela Taylor (Lamar Taylor) of Mitchellville, Maryland; one brother, Leon Miller, Jr. (Carla Miller) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; a special family brother, Ricky Fleet of Hillsborough, North Carolina; and a host of relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later time.

"And God shall wipe away
