Kemper Thomas Holloway age 76 of Galax, Virginia passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Holloway was born in Grayson County, Virginia on September 13, 1940 to Talmadge and Artie Cox Holloway. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Elizabeth Williams.

He proudly served his country in the US Army.

He is survived by his wife Edna Diamond Holloway; daughters and son-in-law Diana and Larry Clark; Dawn Holloway; son and daughter-in-law Duane and Teresa Holloway all of Galax, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law Nancy and Al Griffith of Fries, Virginia; sister-in-law and husband Jane and Marvin Williams of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren Melinda Holloway; Kate and Zack Vaughan; Daisy Clark; Rachel Clark; Audrey Clark; Nancy Beth Clark; Rebekah Clark; Aden Clark and Heath Clark; two nieces and three nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday at 2:00 PM in the Mt. Vale Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Friends may call at the residence at 121 3-D Ranch Lane, Galax, Virginia anytime.
