Keary Rendall Barker, better known as "Rennie," age 61, of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday August 2, 2019 in the Lewis Gale Hospital in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Rennie was born on January 16, 1958 in Galax, Virginia to Kyle and Dolores Hall Barker. Rennie was preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his father Kyle Barker of Galax; sister Kylene Barker and her spouse Ian McNeill both of Toronto, Canada and Naples, Florida; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Pastor Mark Mayes officiating. Burial will follow in the Blue Ridge Chapel Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home at 1:00 PM until time of the service.
