Kathy Ann Fielder Gravely, 48, of Galax passed away Monday at the North Carolina Baptist Hospital, Winston-Salem, NC. Mrs. Gravely was born August 26, 1960 in Carroll County, Virginia to the late Roy Malcomb & Agnes Kate Parks Fielder.

She is survived by her husband Kern Gravely, Jr. of the home; two daughters and son-in-law: Kristy Lee Davis and Zachary of Woodlawn, Shannon Gravely of Galax; one sister Deana Goodson of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; three brothers: Leonard Fielder and Ricky Fielder, Sr., both of Woodlawn and Gary Fielder of Galax; two grandchildren Haley Gravely and Wesley Gravely.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7 until 9 PM at the funeral home. The funeral
service will be held Friday, December 19, 2008 in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel at 3:30 PM with Rev. Garry Adams officiating. Interment will follow in the Felts Cemetery.
