Katheryn had great devotion to her Lord and put Him and His ways above all. Her life was characterized by great love, kindness, and giving for those around her. She tended to the needs of others above those of herself. She had a tireless devotion to her family and expected no less than their best in all their pursuits and most particularly in their devotion to their Lord and in their love for others. She was the embodiment of the writings of Corinthians 13:4-7 (KJV):
Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
Flowers will be appreciated or donations may be made to the Gambetta Church of Christ.
