Katharine Mariah Nunn age 61 of Roanoke Virginia passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at her home.

Katharine was born in Galax, Virginia on January 9, 1957 to John Joseph and Mariah Kello Nunn.

Katharine' s father John Nunn preceded her in death.

She is survived by her mother Mariah Kello Nunn of Galax, Virginia; sisters and brother-in-law Toni Nunn of Dunwoody, Georgia; Susan Nunn Olson and Tom Olson of Rye, New York; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Richard Gregory officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the First United Methodist Church in Galax. A committal service will be held at the Felts Memorial Cemetery following the memorial service.
