Julian Duane Pierce

Julian Duane Pierce, 61, of Fries passed on August 6, 2026. He was born on August 21,1964 in Galax, VA.

Julian is preceded in death by his loving wife, Wendy Sisk Pierce; mother, Carolyn Ann Pierce; brother, Ronald Dean Pierce; nephew, Jason Neal Pierce.

Julian was a loving and devoted man who treasured the people in his life. He will be remembered for his kindness, compassion, and unwavering devotion to his family, friends, and community. Most of all, he will be remembered for the endless love he shared with all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Survivors include his father, Earl Dean Pierce, Sr.; brother, Earl Dean Pierce, Jr. and Wife Traci Pierce; niece, Ivory Pierce; niece, Brittany Linkous and husband Jamie Linkous; niece, Autumn Anderson and husband Isaac Anderson. Special great nieces, Kaitlyn Linkous and Alexis Linkous and great nephew Branch Dixon. Other special great nieces and nephews. Special friends Darren Basinger, Diane Tidwell, Ronnie Crigger, and many others.

Services will be held on Monday, August 10th at Grace Baptist Church - 76 Gilley Dr, Fries, VA 24330. Visitation with family begins at 4:00 PM, with Memorial Service following at 6:00 PM. Pastor Matt Linkous will officiate.
