Judith Sharon Morris age 78 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday October 1, 2021 in the Twin County Regional Hospital.

Judith was born in Galax, Virginia on May 7, 1943 to Chester C. and Vera Snow Morris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Norma Jean Morris.

She earned an A.A.S. degree at Surry Community College and a B.S. and M.S. degree at Radford University. She was a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, American Business Women's Association and American Health Information Management Association. In her retirement years, she enjoyed gardening and cooking gourmet dishes.

She is survived by her special friends Linda Sharpe and Opal Alley.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 4:00 PM in the Oakland Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Gregory officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
