Judie Elizabeth Nuckles Gauvreau age 78 of Meadows of Dan Virginia passed away Thursday April 21, 2022 at the home of her son Steve in Galax, Virginia.

Judie was born in Carroll County, Virginia on September 28, 1943 to Forrest Elwood and Ardith Etta Stanley Nuckles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Sheldon William Gauvreau.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law Steve and Teresa Boyles of Galax, Virginia; Mark Alan Boyles of Florida; daughter and fiance' Melissia Selwyn and Forest Whetstone of Fincastle, Virginia; five grandchildren Zachery Boyles, Megan Boyles. Ryan Boyles, Trevor Selwyn and Jeremy Selwyn; sister Mary Terry of Meadows of Dan, Virginia; brother Jerry Nuckles of Wytheville, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

A private Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
