Juanita Stroupe's Obituary
Juanita Stroupe age 75 of Galax, Virginia passed away Monday, April 16, 2012 in the Wytheville Community Hospital.
Ms. Stroupe was born in Grayson County, Virginia on November 3, 1936 to Alexander Bayne and Mamie Ellen Jones Stroupe.
She is survived by her sisters Betty Marie Pratt of Cumberland, Rhode Island; Mamie Josephine Porterfield of Galax, Virginia; brothers William A. (Bill) Stroupe and Franklin Stroupe both of Galax, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Bob Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from seven until nine at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
