Juanita Elizabeth Vaughan Eastridge age 92 of Galax, Virginia passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 in the Galax Health and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Eastridge was born in Grayson County, Virginia on August 21, 1926 to Tom Jackson and Mallie Vaughan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ingram Eastridge , son Allen Eastridge, infant daughter Joyce Ann Eastridge, sister Grace Phibbs  and brothers Burley Vaughan and Thurman Vaughan.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kathy and Gerald Johnson of Fries, Virginia; son and daughter-in-law Eddie and Rhonda Eastridge of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren and spouse Travis and Lyndsey Eastridge; Amber and Matt Hawks; great-grandchildren Easton Hawks and Arabella Hawks; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Monday, October 29, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Gale Rippey and Doug Stuart officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either the Activity Fund at the Galax Health and Rehab or the Gideons International.
