Joyce Eyvonne Lineberry age 72 of Fries, Virginia passed away Monday, May 8, 2017 in the Pulaski Health and Rehab Center.

Joyce was born in Virginia on July 22, 1944 to Edgar and Addie Shupe Underwood. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Georgie Hale and a brother William (Bill) Underwood.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Jimmy and Barbara Lineberry; Roger and Lucy Lineberry all of Fries, Virginia; Mark and Diane Lineberry of Galax, Virginia; three grandchildren Amber Lineberry; Holly Lineberry and Rosita Brown, six great-grandchildren Hailey Byrd; Eli Byrd; Olivia Byrd; Carmen Tibbs; Christopher Tibbs and Austin Brown; sisters and brother-in-law Audrey Brown; Betty and Billy Funk; brother Dennis Underwood all of Fries, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the Liberty Hill United Methodist Church with Pastor Bobbie Dunford officiating. Burial will follow in the Liberty Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the Liberty Hill United Methodist Church.
