Josephine Little Martin Bond known as Billie Bond age 82 of Fries, Virginia passed away Thursday at her home.

Mrs. Bond was born in Charleston, West Virginia on August 14, 1942 to William Ralph and Ruthe Aurelia Edgington Little. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Deanna Watt.

She is survived by her husband Earnest Lee Bond, Jr. of Fries, Virginia; son and daughter-in-law David and Cortni Martin of Greensboro, North Carolina; daughters and sons-in-law Valerie and Robert Collins of Fries, Virginia; Toni and Gary McLean of Galax, Virginia; sister Vonnie Little of Powder Springs, Georgia; brothers and sisters-in-law Richard and Diane Little of Powder Springs, Georgia; Sonny and Christy Little of Florence, South Carolina; Butch Little of Rock Hill, South Carolina; five grandchildren Tiffany Houk; Isaac Martin (Codi); David McLean; Chelsea McLean; Emma McLean;; one great-grandchild Finley McLean; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Monday at 2:00 PM in the Mt. Olivet Church at Fries, Virginia with Pastor Rick Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 PM until time for service at the Mt. Olivet Church.
