Joseph Dale Hash's Obituary
Joseph Dale Hash age 79 of Galax, Virginia passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012 at his home.
Mr. Hash was born on June 24, 1932 in Virginia to Charles Gleason and Christie Halsey Hash. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-son Richard D. Spurlin.
He is survived by his wife Myra Cox Hash of Galax, Virginia; son Timothy Dale Hash of Woodlawn, Virginia; step-daughter Anja S. Taylor of Cana, Virginia; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters June Miller of Bluefield, West Virginia; Kathleen Arrington of Vinton, Virginia; brothers Kelly G. Hash of Galax, Virginia; J. Alex Hash of South Carolina; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 4:00 PM in the Felts Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Randy Morris officiating. Military Rites will be conducted by the Grayson VFW Post 7726. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
