Jordan Drew Senter, 18, of Galax passed away April 24, 2014.  He was born July 25, 1995 in Boone, North Carolina.   He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: William Earl (Bill) Senter and Ralph Sidney Vaught.

He is survived by his parents:  Monette Vaught and William Mark Senter of the home; brother William Sidney Senter of Galax; grandmothers: Janice Senter of Crumpler, North Carolina and Diana Vaught of West Jefferson, North Carolina; aunts: Yvonne Vaught Andersen and husband Niels of Raleigh, North Carolina;  Sherry Kay Senter and fiancé   Preston Stephens of Granite Falls, North Carolina ; uncle: John Travis Senter and significant other Judy Saas of Todd, North Carolina; four cousins: Jackson and Celia  Oechsle and Skye  and Harley Sullivan.  Jordan is also survived by many beloved friends.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, April 27, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Charles McPeak officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 o'clock until service time.  Burial will be in Ashe Lawn Memorial Gardens, 3470 US Highway 221, Crumpler, North Carolina on Monday April 28, 2014 at 3 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Jordan Drew Senter Memorial Scholarship for Automotive Technology at Galax High School, in care of Becky Ward, 200 Maroon Tide Drive, Galax, VA  24333.
