Jonathan Brown age 43 of Galax, Va. passed away Sunday, November 30, 2008 in Columbia, S.C.. Jonathan was born on April 13, 1965 in Galax, Va. to James & Geneva Brown Thompson. He is survived by his brothers & sister-in-law Jason & Erika Thompson of Charlotte, North Carolina; Winfred Brown & Cordell Cox both of Galax, Va.; several nieces & nephews. The funeral service will be held Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 12;00 o'clcok in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Raymond Brown, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Oldtown Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from eleven until twelve at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
