John Jefferies Shaw age 53 of Pulaski, Virginia passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at his home.

John was born in Galax, Virginia on November 1, 1970 to Larry Jefferies and Ruby Elaine Dalton Shaw.

In addition to his mother and step-father Ruby and Billy Goad of Woodlawn, Virginia he is survived by his; father Larry Shaw; sister and brother-in-law Cynthia and Dennis Jones of Galax, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law Tommy and Vonda Shaw of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina; one niece Haley Shaw; three nephews Ethan Jones; Eli Jones; Jonathan Shaw (Ashley) special aunt Jewel Adkins and his special pet Sookie..

A graveside service will be held Monday at 12 noon in the Pickett Cemetery with Pastor Junior Bullion officiating.   The family will receive friends Monday from 11:00 until 11:30 at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
