John Joseph O'Neil, Jr. age 85 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023 at his home.
Mr. O'Neil was born in Maryland on October 12, 1937 to John Joseph and Sylvia Hrbek O'Neil .
He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law John Joseph O'Neil III and Sherry of Lacrosse, Virginia; Alaric Shawn O'Neil and Tina of Bel Alton, Maryland; daughter and special friend Alesia Corrine O'Neil and Glenn Greiner of Oceanside, California; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held by the family.
