John Frederick Lovelace's Obituary
John Frederick Lovelace age 80 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, August 28, 2009 at Twin County Regional Hospital.
Mr. Lovelace was born in Pennsylvania on December 4,1928 to Frederick & Ester Keim Lovelace.
He is survived by his wife Betty Lovelace of Galax, Va.; daughters Dr. Nance Lovelace of Galax, Va.; Dawn Seals of Fredericksburg, Va.; son Mark Lovelace of Newton, New Jersey; sister Betty Ganz of Lake Worth, Florida; brother Joseph Corcoran; four grandchildren Stephanie Seals; Lindsay Seals; Kristin Lovelace and Ryan Lovelace.
The funeral service will be held Monday, August 31, 2009 at 10:00 AM in Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home with Rev. Walt Simmerman officiating. Burial will follow in Felts Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 1742 E. Parham Road Richmond, Va. 23228-2202 www.kidneyva.org. or the American Diabetes Association, 4335 Cox Road Glen Alen, Va. 23060 www.diabetes.org
