Joe Bill Manuel age 80 passed away on July 3, 2023.

Mr. Manuel was born on March 22, 1943 to Arlis Eugene and Gleda Dell Lineberry Manuel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Darrell Manuel.

He is survived by his wife Magdalena Manuel and his children from a previous marriage Cassandra M. Fansler; Michelle Hawks; Philip Manuel; Bobby Manuel; Steve Manuel and Teresa M. Hurst; seven grandchildren Westley Manuel; Alison Hurst; Hayley Hurst; Chelsea Manuel; Summer Manuel; Samantha Manuel and Joshua Boyd Manuel.

Entombment will be on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at 1:30 PM in the Monta Vista Mausoleum with the Rev. Richard Gregory officiating.
