Joan Arlene Marshall's Obituary
Joan Arlene Marshall age 64 of Galax, Virginia passed away Thursday, January 1, 2015 in the Forsyth Medical Center.
Joan was born in Carroll County, Virginia on January 22, 1950 to the late Elmer and Lillian Hash Martin.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law Elizabeth Stoots; Jennifer and Stacey Reedy all of Galax, Virginia; sons and daughters-in-law Jeff and Heather Stoots of Hillsville, Virginia; Dutch Anderson and Becky Webb of Galax, Virginia; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law Mike and Patty Martin of Galax, Virginia; half-brother and wife Anthony and Dreama Martin of Pulaski, Virginia; one niece and one nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Darrell Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from six until eight at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
