Jerry Dennis Bedsaul's Obituary
Jerry Dennis Bedsaul age 87 of Galax, Virginia passed away Friday, January 14, 2011 at his home.
Mr. Bedsaul was born in Carroll County, Virginia on February 2, 1923 to George and Julie Robinson Bedsaul. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ina Mae Bedsaul and son-in-law Roy Lawson.
He is survived by his daughter and her fiance' Anna Lawson and Pete Graham; son and his fiancee' Roy Lee Bedsaul and Jan Shaw all of Galax, Virginia; sisters and brothers-in-law Laura and Lawrence Hylton of Woodlawn, Virginia; Dixie and Roy Howard of Vinton, Virginia; brother Ballard Robinson of Galax, Virginia; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held Monday, January 17, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Ernie Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Monta Vista Cemetery with Military Rites by Hillsville VFW Post 1115. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from six until eight at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
