Jefferson Carlyle Frazier age 71 of Galax, Virginia passed away Sunday, June 13,2021 at the home of a friend in Independence, Virginia.

Mr. Frazier was born in Carroll County, Virginia on June 12,1950 to Fizier and Laurie Elizabeth Alley Frazier. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a step-son Charles Robert Blair and brothers Bobby Ronald Frazier and Junior Alvin Frazier.

He is survived by his wife Nancy Jane Ogle Frazier of Austinville, Virginia; special friend Kathy Lineberry of Galax, Virginia; sisters and brother-in-law Odeene Daniels of Galax, Virginia; Rosaleta and Earl Crotts of Woodlawn, Virginia; brothers Robert Wayne Frazier and special friend Dora Coleman of Galax, Virginia; Johnny Bill Frazier of Woodlawn, Virginia and a special friend Pastor Jeff Pickett.

A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1:00 PM in the Hillsville Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 PM until time for the service at the Hillsville Pentecostal Holiness Church.
