Jason "Lydale" Liddle, age 39, of Galax, VA died at his home Monday, Aug. 3, 2015.

Jason was born June 20., 1976 in Mt. Airy, NC to Gregory & Kay Gardner Liddle. Preceding him in death was his wife, Michelle Lakey Liddle, his paternal grandmother, "Snookie" Liddle, Maternal grandparents, Kenneth & Dorothy Gardner.

He is survived by his parents, Greg & Kay Liddle, Galax, VA; brother & sister-in-law, Travis & Evelyn Liddle, Independence, VA; paternal grandfather, J.K. Liddle, Galax, VA; mother & father-in-law, Faye & Dale Lakey, Kernersville, NC; brother & sister-in-law, Chris & Kristi Lakey, Kernersville, NC; special aunts, Brenda Jones & Becky Williams. Several nieces & nephews, also, survive.

Memorial service will be held Sunday, Aug, 9, 2015 at the Snow Hill Baptist Church at 3:30 PM. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until time for the funeral service at the church on Sunday. Officiating minister will be the Rev. Ernie Smith.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Jason Liddle memorial "At Risk Children's Dive Fund" at the Wells Fargo Bank, Galax, VA.
