Jason Christopher Cutshall, 34, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2009 in Grayson County, Virginia. He was born August 31, 1974 in Galax, Virginia to Ralph Clarence Cutshall and Sharon Lynn Blevins.

Jason is survived by his wife: Jennifer Crawford Cutshall of Washington State; son: Zachary Seth Cutshall, daughters Madison Faith Cutshall of Ohio and Taylor Rayne Cutshall of Washington State; Father & Stepmother: Ralph and Barbara Cutshall of Coryton, TN; Mother & Stepfather: Sharon & Jerry Blevins of Galax; brothers William Cutshall of Knoxville, TN; Stephen Blevins of Galax; Jeremy Carper of Burlington, NC; Michael Blevins of Washington State; sisters Nichole Raines of Knoxville,TN; Melissa Blevins and Angel Blevins both of Johnson City, TN; Special "Mom" Lori Hensley of Galax; nephews Austyn Cutshall, Elijah Blevins, Zackory Carper, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and many special friends; special boy Gordan Sikes. Jason was preceded in death by a niece Taylor Nicole Blevins.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 8 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev Woynal Smythers officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 pm until time for the funeral service. Interment will be Thursday January 22, 2009 in the Monta Vista Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Joe Boyd, Chris Lundy, Brad Crouse, Jeremy Carper, Scott Mays, Shawn Thompson, and Matt Newman will serve as pallbearers. Military rites will be conducted at the gravesite by Grayson VFW Post 7726.
