James Marshall Blevins age 71 of Ivanhoe, Virginia passed away Friday May 14, 2021 at his home.

James was born in Carroll County, Virginia on July 19, 1949 to Harvey Clyde and Darcus Ceary Blevins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Lois Anders.

He is survived by an uncle and aunt Dennis and Joyce Blevins of Ivanhoe, Virginia; aunt Shirley Carico of Hillsville, Virginia; brother-in-law David Anders of Ivanhoe, Virginia; several cousins and special friend Randy Taylor.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM in the Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Ben Haga and Pastor Greg Burnett officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Peter's Lutheran Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 PM until time for the service at the Grace Baptist Church.
