Homegoing for James Clifford Felts better known as Cliff Felts age 88 of Fries, Virginia was on Monday, January 29, 2018.
Mr. Felts was born in Grayson County, Virginia on August 11, 1929 to Emmett and Lena Crowder Felts. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Donnie Felts.
He is survived by his wife Joe Ann Felts of Fries, Virginia; children and spouses Sheila Honaker of Galax, Virginia; Tony Felts; Billy Baumgardner both of Fries, Virginia; Bruce and Patty Crider of Fries, Virginia; Judy Melville of Florence, South Carolina; Pam Tucker of Greensboro, North Carolina; Nancy & "Tab" Tarlton, Sr. of Darlington, South Carolina; Lenny Roach and Penny Roach both of Fries, Virginia; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Claude Holderfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Monta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 10:00 AM until time for the funeral service at the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home.
